What does a Life Coach ACTUALLY Do?

That's a great question! Let's dig into that.

Last week, I officially announced WILD & REDEEMED Coaching! It was such an exciting step to take, but practically speaking, what is WILD & REDEEMED Coaching here to do?

It’s safe to say we all have five major areas that shape our lives: health, career, relationships, finances, and spirituality. Our challenges often show up in one—but affect them all.

That’s why I chose to get certified through the Health Coach Institute. Their holistic approach to what they call The Big Five reflects something I deeply believe: How you do one thing is how you do everything.

So where does a coach fit in? In my experience, a coach plays two key roles:

  1. Helping you reduce stress, and

  2. Helping you transform fear into truth.

A coach is less of a guru and more of a partner—someone who brings the right system, support, and accountability as you move forward.

I'm currently offering my 90-day Total Stress Transformation (TST) program at a special case study rate—60% off* while I complete my certification. This is a unique opportunity for those who are ready to take charge of their stress and begin showing up in their lives with greater peace, purpose, and energy.

Inside the TST, we’ll explore:

  • Practical tools to reduce stress (no big life overhauls required)

  • How your food and time habits impact your well-being

  • 12 weekly 1:1 coaching sessions and curated resources to support your personal growth

If you’re curious, the next step is to book a free Stress Transformation Breakthrough Session to see if this is the right fit for you. I only have 2 spots left. Click HERE to book yours!

To new beginnings,
