What is "Wild Faith"?

Wild faith isn’t about being reckless; it’s about living with radical trust in God’s promises and stepping boldly outside of the confines of religious norms. It’s about embracing our identity as a child of God in every facet of our lives.

At Wild & Redeemed Coaching, I help busy women end burnout, so they can feel connected — inwardly, socially, and spiritually — and start living fully from their true selves.

My coaching is grounded in Biblical truth and built on a proven framework: the right system, the right support, and the right accountability. When those come together, real transformation happens, not just in what you do, but in how you feel and show up in the world.

You don’t have to keep striving alone. Change is possible, and it starts with grace, rest, and rediscovering the freedom of being known and fully yourself.

Your Coach

Coaching is one of those rare spaces where it’s not about me, the coach. It’s about you. Your story. Your goals. Your growth.

But since you're here, you’re probably wondering who I am and why I do this work.

My name is Natalie Everton; I’m a life coach based in Nashville, TN. When I'm not coaching, I enjoy crafts, ballroom dancing, and spending time with my husband and our three cats.

I work with thoughtful, driven people who are tired of the inner pressure, the self-doubt, and the never-enoughness. People like me because I’ve been there. I’ve learned that real freedom begins when we stop chasing our worth and start remembering who we already are.

My journey into coaching started in a season that was, well… messy. Career confusion, relationship challenges, and a mental health diagnosis had me feeling spiritually and emotionally untethered. Then I stumbled on a podcast about marriage and relationships, and I had my first exposure to coaching. I hit play, not knowing it would be the first step toward healing—and a whole new calling.

I went on to train through the Health Coach Institute, where I became a student and a client of the work. I experienced firsthand how small, sustainable shifts rooted in habit change and self-compassion can lead to real transformation. And yes... it can even be fun!

What grounds me through it all is my faith. I believe we were created on purpose, with purpose, and that grace, not hustle, is the path to peace. So if you're tired of striving and ready to live with more clarity, courage, and joy, I’d love to walk alongside you.

Let's do this... Mess and all.

A Legitimate Review.

Behind the Brand

Why WILD & REDEEMED?

wild (adj): living in a state of nature and not ordinarily tame or domesticated; going beyond normal or conventional bounds

To be wild is to be fully human—unfiltered, honest, and alive. And, when you really think about it, it’s also a bit like Jesus.

He broke the cultural and societal norms of His day. He healed on the Sabbath, ate with outcasts, and challenged the religious status quo. His life wasn’t confined by convention—but radically aligned with God’s truth.

That’s the kind of “wild” this coaching represents: not chaotic or reckless, but free. Free from people-pleasing. Free from perfectionism. Free to live boldly in who God made you to be.

redeem (v): to buy back; to free from what distresses or harms

Redemption is the heartbeat of Scripture. Through the Gospel, we are bought back—set free from sin, shame, and striving. The debt of our mistakes has already been paid. What once held power over us… doesn’t anymore.

So yes—this work is about habits and mindset and goals. But at its core, it’s about freedom.

Freedom to be both wild and redeemed.
