Frequently Asked Questions

What does a life coach do?

A life coach provides support, encouragement, and accountability to help you reach your goals. Coaching isn’t about giving you all the answers—it’s about helping you uncover your own. I’ll guide you to tap into your intuition, build confidence, and move forward with clarity.

How do I book a session?

Your first step is to schedule a complimentary Grace Over Grind Discovery Session. This is a no-pressure conversation where we’ll talk about your goals and see if coaching is a good fit. You can book this session by visiting my Calendly page HERE.

How is coaching different from therapy or counseling?

Therapy often focuses on healing from the past and supporting mental health concerns. Coaching, on the other hand, is forward-focused; it’s about where you are now and where you want to go. As a coach, I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, I help you create habits, mindsets, and goals that support your growth.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Flexible payment plans are available and can be discussed during your complimentary session. I want to make this work for you, and we’ll find a plan that supports your investment in yourself.

Can I still get coaching if I'm seeing a therapist?

Absolutely. Coaching can beautifully complement therapy. Many clients find that therapy helps them process the past, while coaching helps them take empowered action in the present.

Do I need to be a Christian to work with you?

No. While my coaching is Gospel-centered and my faith informs my approach, I welcome clients from all backgrounds. You won’t get a sermon—you’ll get grace, support, and practical tools, always delivered with respect.

What happens in a typical coaching session?

Each session is tailored to you. We’ll celebrate what's going well, identify any obstacles, and explore strategies rooted in habit change, mindset shifts, and encouragement. Sessions are supportive, conversational, and practical—you’ll leave with clarity and direction.

How often do we meet?

Most clients meet weekly during a program, depending on their needs and availability. Sessions are typically 45–60 minutes and held over the phone for convenience.

Do you coach in person?

I’m based in Nashville, TN, but all of my coaching is currently offered virtually. That means we can work together no matter where you are!

Will we talk about faith in every session?

Not necessarily. My coaching is grounded in Biblical truth, but I always follow your lead. If faith is something you want to explore, we’ll lean into it. If not, that’s okay too. My goal is to support your journey, not steer it.

Do you coach men too?

Yes! While many of my clients are women, my programs are open to anyone looking to break free from burnout and live more fully. If my message resonates with you, I’m here for it—no matter your gender.
